Is a very colourful drama telling a story of the eternal fighting between good spirits (represented by the Barong) and evil ones (embodied by the Rangda). The Barong is a mythical lion who helps human-beings to get away from the bad influence of the witch Rangda. Towards the end of the fight between the Barong and the Rangda, the followers of the Barong, the Kris dancers, rush to his assistance and violently attack the Rangda. But her powerful spell reverses their fury back into themselves and, in stead of killing her, in state of trance, they repeatly stab themselves. Surprisingly, they remain uninjured. ps.
