Kuta beach is one of the island’s loveliest seacoasts and has a spectacular sunset. Swimming and bodysurfing are enjoyable as the descent of the ocean floor is smooth. You will see bands of fishermen set out to sea at dusk, hoisting their sails against a fiery horizon and, you will see shore dwellers gather fans of white coral and string cowries into long necklaces.
