Featuring Bedugul, a mountain resort with mist-veiled lake Beratan, Ulun Danu Temple, botanical gardens, orchid market and Bali Handara golf course at Candi Kuning, Singaraja located on the other side of the mountain was the former capital of Bali; Beji temple and Madruwe Karang temple are typical temples of the northern part of the island; Lovina is an attractive black sandy beach, ideal for swimming.
